  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • No international shipping is currently offered.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. Return and Refund

Return items in their original condition within 30 days.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Free return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
